The Service Repairman was a true gentleman: he put me at ease by explaining the steps of how my car will be inspected; he spoke patiently to me and never made me feel incompetent or flakey; and always, he made sure I felt taken care of by directing me to the waiting room, and by moving my car for me twice: the first time into the driveway and the second time further into the service area and out of the rain, Wow! (He even went further on the "repair" by letting me know that my car battery must be replaced!) The two young ladies at the reception desk / office were just as reassuring and utterly kind. They helped me understand the paperwork without ever making me feel like a flake. Their humor, empathy, and knowledge helped make me feel like happy to have chosen Kilani Fender. I especially liked the several texts that updated me on the status of the repair; that the repair was done much sooner than expected; and that I was informed of when the repair was done as well as beingI asked to complete surveys of my repair experience. I have never had such friendly and thorough service! (AND the shop cleaned, washed, and shined my car both inside and out!) Wow. Thank you, Kilani Fender!
