Veronica was a pleasure to do business with. She was helpful, professional, and caring. The work done on my car was also tops. Thanks for your service during a not so pleasant time.

Ultimately, the repairs were great and the paint looked beautiful. But paint issues led to it taking longer than 2 weeks. The mismatch in color was obvious and surprising that not only did y'all tried to send it home that way, but that the second attempt matched factory parts to the mismatched paint, instead of the mismatch to the rest of the car and the factory pieces. The fact that we were made to feel like the production manager wanted to blame it on the clearcoat, and then miscommunication only compounded the frustration as it is Bravo's job to make it "right". After 3 attempts the finished product really is great, just wish it weren't such a run around!
