Every aspect of this claims experience was outstanding. From my first phone call to picking up my car when it was fixed, USAA, Billion Collision and Enterprise rent-a-car worked together like a seamless team.
Austin? Who made the assessment and directed the repairs was absolutely top notch. I felt a little sorry for any who didn't have USAA insurance or have the support of Billion Collision. ..and the daily texts were kinda cute????

Customer service was amazing, went above and beyond by cleaning my vehicle inside and out. Also loved that Billion supplied a free loaner car while my vehicle was being fixed. My vehicle looked like it was new off the lot when I picked it up, beautiful work and job well done!
