Everything about this place is so professional and they really do care about your concerns. The whole team has been great and I couldn’t thank Brain Loher enough for always following up with me on my vechile and making sure I knew what was going on. As far as my car it also looks like a brand new car again and I couldn’t be more happier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car repair services.

What an amazing experience! Every person I encountered at TriState went above and beyond. The people working the front desk were friendly and efficient. They took me straight back to meet Brian who took great care of me. He took me out to look at the damage and made me feel extremely confident in the work that would be done to my vehicle. I was in and out super fast, which was much appreciated. Brian kept me informed daily of the status of my car, and got the entire thing finished in just three days!! When I picked it up, he walked me out again to look over the work. He informed me Jeff was the guy who did all of the work. They cleaned it beautifully and it looked brand new!! Thank you so much to everyone at TriState, especially Brian and Jeff, for giving me such a great experience. I will be sure to recommend you all to anyone in need of body work. Great job! :)

Well, it was not completely. The body job is 100%. Car rental is 100%. My remote unlock passenger door did not work after your care. It took 2 complaints before the problem was fixed. Everyone is very friendly. Would recommend. SPKuo
