Tony took a difficult situation and made it appear easy! He always kept me up-to-date and even though I could be a bit difficult at times showing my frustration with the overall situation (which was really a Ford issue), he was always calm, professional, and able to help me get it together and calm down. Cornell and Mike were willing to take the time to listen to my not-so-technical description of noises, etc and were able to translate and make it sound like an easy fix even though I'm sure it wasn't. They all made a complete frame replacement seem easy! Great group of guys! Not happy that I got rear-ended in the first place, but so thankful they were the ones who did the repair!

No quality control for repairs and paint. I came to pick my car up and found 12 different things wrong with my bumper.
The BMW emblem was not straight and you could easily tell, clear coat issues all over, ginger prints in the hardened clear coat. Panels did not line up. Dripping clear coat. Rough edges all over, nicks in the brand new paint. This is just to name a few. My car was ready a day early.....that’s great but I would have rather you had taken the time to give the car a once over for quality control beacuse I had to reject the car and point all this out to the advisor who just restated how easy it would be to fix it all.....if that was he case it would have been easier to do it right the first time and not release unchecked work to customers forcing them to point out obvious items.
QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS PRIOR TO RELEASING VEHICLE !!!!!!
I will never come back to Tri-state and make sure to let everyone know as well.
This is the seccond vehicle I’ve had work done with you guys. The first was my 2013 mustang that required two repainted and had a lot of issues.

Although the people I dealt with at the desk were very polite and helpful, when I called initially to set up an appointment, the customer service rep appeared a little impatient with my questions.
Both Enterprise reps on pick-up/drop-off days were friendly, efficient and helpful.
