Fast and easy and professional

Liz was great and made everything easy. I was confused by the automatic email that told me that my vehicle was "on target" for a specific date & time, because when I showed up at that date & time my vehicle was not ready for another 6 hours. I suggest the text in the automatic email be updated to include a statement such as: "The estimated target date for the repair of you vehicle is an estimate only. Please note that you will receive a phone call from the office once your vehicle is ready for pick up." Thanks - Lee Scott

Matt Tarzia is a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to discuss what needed to be done, what the options were, and what made practical sense. He even raised the possibility of another provider doing the work in case its dentless service might be cheaper. The work Mike’s Towing & Collision did is of very high quality and was performed on time. Everyone there was accommodating, and pricing was fair and reasonable.

Appreciate you guys waiving my fee because of the amount of time it took to make repairs. I have been to you before and you have done great work which is why I returned. But the repairs were not sufficient: - my tpms lights were on as soon as I drove off the lot. - there is a knocking noise coming from the right rear (where a majority of the damage was) - the right wheel well looks deformed (compared to the left) - the right exhaust is still damaged and bent (looks as it did when I brought it in and seems it wasn’t touched) I hate to leave discouraging feedback because I appreciate the time and effort you put in. But it’s unsettling knowing that after a month it was not done to completion and restored properly. I would have rather left it longer and had it completed much more thoroughly . I will be back in tomorrow to drop the car off and reacess with your team. Thank you.
