Three times given incorrect delivery date. Car dirty inside (why?) New scratches across hood.

We were not able to pick up our car for 5 days because the check from the insurance company did not arrive. This should have been confirmed by the company ahead of time. We did not even know we were to receive the check from the insurance company.

Professional. Repairs well executed. Like the on site rental and direct connection to insurer.

Was looking over the truck and realized some extra lights I had on there weren’t working and Mike’s worked immediately to fix the situation couldn’t be happier

Everything was great and done in a timely manner-I did end up with a nail in my tire that I had fixed today so you may want to make sure the property is cleared of nails etc.

Body work was very good. car looks great. Office staff very helpful However car AC and blind spot functions are not working requiring 3 more days until my car is returned. Mike s need to cover the rental car needed got 3 extra days

This is the second time I’ve been to Mike’s Towing for body repairs, and again, I cannot say enough about the excellence and professionalism I’ve experienced with this company. I brought my car to Mike’s this second time around because I completely and totally trust in their workmanship. The first vehicle I had repaired was a 2014 BMW, and the second was a 2012 Mercedes-Benz. Both vehicles were returned to me looking mint, as if there was never any body damage sustained. The whole process at Mike’s is exceptionally smooth and easy, and there is even Enterprise Rental available right on site to put you right into a rental car without a wait or a hassle. Mike from Enterprise is great and friendly, and Liz who runs the front end of Mike’s Towing is efficient and sweet and she’s the best. If you want quality work done by a reputable body shop and no hassle or stress, I would definitely recommended this shop.

My door is ****/4 inch lower than the back door, my tint on the window got scratched up and my door handle didn't get buffed so it looks darker than the door
