Very good service. Car looks like new

This is the second time that I’ve brought my vehicle here and have been completely satisfied both times. True professionals.

My experience with York Ford was excellent from the time I dropped my car off for repair straight through the time I picked it up. Julie was the first person I spoke with and she was friendly. Dave was very helpful when we met and as a result I was able to get a hit and run accident repaired in addition to the front end of my car. I really liked that I had was able to get my rental on the premises. The woman who gave me the rental was friendly and the rental itself was clean and a good rental car. I had no issues during the two weeks I drove it. I was kept informed of my car’s status on a daily basis through text messages , which I appreciated. I never felt like I was left in the dark. The team who worked on repairing my car did an OUTSTANDING job!! My car looks so AWESOME!! I have that same giddy feeling I had when I first got my car back in 2013. Without hesitation I will recommend York Ford to family, friends and others and should I ever need repairs on my car again, I would definitely be a repeat customer...hands down! Yes but it take long time to fix

It took 2 months to fix just a quarter panel of the car and whenever we called no one had a time estimate for us. They would say that it would take 3-4 days but took 30 days after that estimate. Terrible job with getting the car out of the shop efficiently.
