Jorge was AMAZING!!!!! AMAZING! He took care of everything for me from the start! Being my first accident type of repair I needed on my car, I was clueless on the steps to take to get everything fixed. Jorge (along with my insurance agent) took care of it all for me! He went above and beyond in helping to get updates on my insurance claim, checking in with me on the repair/quote process, and even helped set up my car rental. I didn't stress at all because I knew Jorge was just a text away to answer my questions! Oh! And he even helped make sure I got a back up camera on my rental! :) I will definitely be referring CARSTAR La Habra to anyone I know in need of services! Thank you to the entire team as well because the staff was always so friendly the few times I did go in.

Very satisfied with service. Took my 2002 Pathfinder in on a Wed. with damage to right headlight and turn signal assemblies, with engine compartment damage. Vehicle was repaired by that Friday. Can't beat that for service! Michael was very professional and informative throughout the estimate/repair process. Would definitely use Carstar again and would highly recommend Carstar to friends.
