I only say no cause I still am sure how it's going to turn out in the long run. I have only had it a few hours before you sent me a survey. If I said yes and 3 days later I noticed something wrong I just gave anyone who reads this false security In The work being done. So not that the work is bad. It's just to soon for me to judge and feel good about saying yes it's good. I thing I didn't like was that not one time did anyone call me after the Initial call. I never knew what was wrong with it until I picked it up. Except the little bit the insurance was able to tell me. And I still don't think they really looked at the whole car. Just where I was hit. I made a joke about my door being ok and he looked at me all confused. But if he truly looked at the whole car he would have had no problem saying yes even though it was not what was hit. Besides the fact it's the part I was slammed into. Who knows I could have broke something inside the door. But again was never looked at. So who knows right now.

It was a great experience and I would definitely go back in the future if needed.
