Ron was so kind to me. He kept in touch every step of the way. My car was done ahead of time! I was even able to leave my rental car there and just drive away in my vehicle no hassle at any time. I thought Carstar did a great job with my car it looks like new and was clean inside and out! I was very pleased I was able to drop my rental off at Carstar instead of taking it back to the Enterprise lot. I just wish they were a little more prompt about picking it up and closing out that last piece of the claim.

Ron particular in Lakewood Office was incredible, sending me many emails, keeping me informed of action on my van, the time frame. He was so caring, thorough, was OUTSTANDING.
