I was referred to Barnett by my insurance company after a fender bender a couple weeks ago. Joe was very helpful and professional. With only 25 to 30 hours worth of time logged repairing the vehicle as to explanation as to why the car was kept for 6 weeks would be appreciated.
The car was returned absolutely filthy. Mud on the floor board, inside windshield was covered in filth and the backseat was not even reattached properly- it was vertical and not attached at all. We intend to bring it back to the shop to have the seat attached properly. Some of th filth we had to clean in order to see out of the windshield and to allow passengers in the car. But we took a video so we can happily share. Communication and respect for our property is how this experience could have been better.

I was sent several emails indicating the vehicle would be completed by 5:00pm on December 24, 2018. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle on that day. The shop was closed. I do understand that it was Christmas Eve and some businesses close early. I had no idea Barnett’s would close early. My time is limited and the automated email should have been corrected.
