They do a great job and keep you informed of when your vehicle will be completed. AAA software report I am not happy with because they kept saying to pick up my vehicle when it was NOT done. This caused me to call the collision shop 3-4 times when it was not needed.

Extremely pleased. Couldn’t believe how clean my car was when I got it back :-) I was so excited. I got a nice little packet with all of the repair information, was kept updated on everything they did a really great job on my car. It looks fantastic

This is my second repair at South Lyon Collision. I found that you stand behind the repairs and make good when something does not work. Sue is the best person in the front office. She has taken very good care of me and in the past has had a simple something fixed on my vehicle with out charge. This is a very good business to deal with. I recommend South Lyon Collision. Jean F

Everything about my experience with South Lyon Collision was excellent. From the original impression on the appearance of the establishment to the work estimate to the email status reports to the quality of the repair to the general cleanliness of the car when it was finished and finally the fact that all fees were directly handled with AAA. I will definitely recommend SLC to all my friends and neighbors who might need repair work.
