You did a great job on the body repair. And you even washed my car which was nice. But the one area where you did the repair is the one area where you did NOT clean the car. Doesn't make sense. The entire back of my SUV (and all the stuff that I left back there) is covered in dust. Also I know Enterprise is a different company but you need to give that guy some heat. The washer fluid reservoir was bone dry. I had to use the wipers the next morning and all it did was smear the dirt and crap all across the windshield. During my lunch break at work I drove the car to the Enterprise office closest to my work. I waited over 10 minutes to speak to someone and he told me he couldn't help me, that I had to drive to the Firestone down the block. So I went there, waited in line again to talk to someone and explain the situation. Getting 2 in washer fluid was not the problem. The problem is Enterprise needs to inspect their vehicles before handing them out. Not to mention that was a safety issue. So by the time I got back to work almost **** hour had gone by.

Everyone at A1 is excellent! They are all professional, friendly and efficient. I've never been in a car accident but certainly didn't expect the repair process to go so quickly and smooth. I highly recommend this business.

I have never had such an amazing experience. You took what could've been a very bad situation for me and made it easy and fast. The repair work looks beautiful! The courteous staff were wonderful! I cannot thank you enough!

My car was damaged during the repair and was handed back to me in that state. I then questioned the damage and was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the response of the A1 emplyee. He then did a quick fix, however, it looks awful and definitely will not fix the problem long-term!

Repairs were done very quickly. However, there were parts missing on inside wheel well that were overlooked. The parts were ordered but the wrong parts came in and had to be ordered a second time. Other than that, overall experience was good and staff was accomodating.
