Technician who repaired & painted both bumpers did not tell management that he dropped one of the bumpers & still installed them with scratches that never existed previously. This caused a major delay in my schedule for work having to return the vehicle. When came to pick up, one of the people that worked there, told me that scratches on the quarter panels could not be removed & buffed out. These small defects were promised to be removed as best as possible by Javier the manager. The other person was aragagent & disrespectful. $1014 repair!!!!

The Staff at A1 Body and Glass are awesome! Their customer service from the moment you walk in to see Isabel to the guys in the garage that come out and personally greet you and tell you what's going to happen with your car while it is with them -thank you Javier for your great work and your smiling face:) everyone at A1 Body and Glass is professional and personable thank you for making my my bad luck with my car into a quick and easy fix! I had the best experience with A1 Body and Glass and would recommend them to anyone that needs their car to look like new once again!!
