Should have done a more thorough check before turning the vehicle over to the customer. Mouldings were not clipped in completely. Uneven gap in some places. Said it was the best they can do.

My experience at Seidners was 110% excellent! I plan to reflect on this in my Yelp review as well. From the start, when I first called to inquire about taking my car in, Lisa who works the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful in guiding me on what i needed to do and getting in touch with someone to give me a timeframe estimate. Because I work full time and run a business, having my car in the shop for the least amount of time was very important to me. When I visited before hand, I spoke with manager Frank who gave me tips on how to save on my rental (like what days to bring my car) as well as a guesstimate on how long they’d have my car. Once I brought my car in for repair, Josh who handles State Farm claims was incredibly nice and reassured me that they would do their best to get my car finished as quickly as possible. I brought my vehicle in Tuesday morning and picked it up Thursday afternoon even though the original estimated time would be the following Tuesday. This was extremely beneficial to me and made my experience smooth sailing! The three times I was at the office, Lisa, Josh and the rest of the team were delightfully kind in offering a sincere greeting, coffee, water and a smile. The entire team made a stressful situation much more pleasant. I can’t thank them enough for such a job well done!
