Everyone at Seidner's was very attentive, when I picked up my vehicle it was sparkling clean, they had washed it. They did an awesome job on my Toyota Prius.I will highly recommend their services to anyone that needs body repairs done on their vehicle.

This is my second time going to this repair shop. My experience with the quality of work done to my car is 110% satisfied. My experience with the clerk process, not so much. To begin with, I was told to sign a document which I verified and wasn’t even my file. My file couldn’t be found and had to get someone else to come and help. My payment was processed incorrectly and she insisted on wanting to charge my card twice for her mistake. I was not okay with that since I was not prepared to put twice the amount down for no reason. Like I said, the quality of work is amazing and the process of communication is great, my only concern is with the clerks in the office. I would just suggest better training and verification in what they do.

Very, very happy with customer service and work done. Jeremiah La Croix was amazing. He gave us peace of mind by explaining what they were doing and what needed to be done. He made sure it was up to par with Lexus original parts and electrical service.

Roxanne took care of my account with great care . There were texts sent every step of the process. My car was finished 3 days ahead of schedule and looks better than new. I hope I never need Seidners again but if I do they will get my business.

When I have time I’d like to write a formal letter but my car was not inspected and when I drove away bolts fell out. I was upset. All I heard was blame on the tow truck and Nissan. But really your company was to blame The manager needs to take ownership. Apologize and do a better job. A good leader doesn’t blame others. They do the job right. Horrible.

I appreciated the level of customer service I received throughout the whole process. The receptionist was warm and helpful in explaining next steps and Roxanne was friendly, helpful, and prompt in providing me with status updates. Based on this experience, I would return to this company for any future service.
