I felt that Art Gamblins level of quality was subpar. Our tahoe has a few issues even after Art doing the Body repairs a second time.Due to the inconvenience of our first and second experience id rather deal with the flaws. ... I worked for a Dealer Body Shop for years and know the potential flaws that most don't catch. ... Found 3 or more that disappointed me. I would direct friends and family to go elsewhere for Auto Body Repairs.

I was told it would take three or four days to fix my van and then more damage was found but no one bothered to call me and let me know it would be longer. When I stopped by to see if it was ready they said there was more work to be done and they needed to order more parts. They said it would take another three or four days. When I called three days later I was told it wasn't done and would be another three or four days. This went on repeatedly for nearly three weeks! The car does look nice and I think a good job was done on it, but poor communication made an already inconvenient situation almost unbearable. I used your shop because my car insurance recommend you but the experience was difficult enough to have me even thinking about switching insurance companies.

It was a pretty painless transaction. The rental car was ready when needed and the repair looks great!

Waited over an hour to pick up my vehicle when it was supposed to be done the night before. The detail job was rushed and incomplete. The paint has blemishes. Having to bring it in again even after it was in for service for 5 days.

The weatherstripping around the door keeps falling off

Other than a premature phone call stating it was ready to pick up and when I arrived it was another 20 mins to wait for it, service was excellent. Loved the communication. That makes a world of difference. I'll be back! Thank you.
