The car looked good as new, and I was kept up to date with the schedule. There is an odor hat is giving me headaches, but I hope it fades quickly. Probably paint, cleaner, or sealant.

Receiving email updates as to repair status in addition to phone communication was a little bit of overkill. Original estimate was two days to repair, but the car was in the shop for three; however I added a paintless dent repair to the original scope of work. Savannah was a good communicator.

My Tahoe was suppose to be in shop for 2 days to replace bumper, media player and floor mats. I brought it to body shop day of collision and was told they couldn't get it in for repairs for another week and half due to needing to order a bumper 1st and the New Years holiday. I also coordinated having the media player replaced at the same time that was found defective on service visit day after collision. On the day 3 I was told it was not ready and they were just now ordering my bumper and it would be done Monday. ALL knew bumper was not repairable, but needed replaced.( I again reminded everyone of media player and curling car mats.) I was told they would contact Allstate to make that adjustment. On Tuesday day 7, I called and they said probably would be done and I asked both body shop and service dept.if media player and floor mats weere also done, I was assured it would all be done. I received a text at ****:30pm saying it was completed and a 2nd text at 4pm saying come pick it up. When I artived at 4:45pm it was not completed nor was the media player installed. A 2 day job turned into 8 days with 3 times the **** was dropped by Art Gamblins. I communicated prior to the repairs and 3x during repairs and still the job was not comoleted as agreed upon. I use my vehicle for work and drive elderly clients many with walkers or wheelchairs. I was given a chevy cruze (smoked in) not a similar vehicle to what I own or need for work and have been unable to work for 6 additional days all because Art Gamblins couldn't coordinate a simple bumper replacement and media player ( which was there day **** of repairs). This affected my livehood, cost me money and created an unnecessary burden all because of lack of commitment, organization and follow through on your behalf. I was not treated as a valued customer. If a person comes in with a large SUV you dont give them a scooter as a replacement vehicle, you give them something similar.

Good paint work but really shotty prep work masking wasn't even remotely good had tons of overspray all over windows and paint on plastics that would and should be easily masked and body dust all over inside of Tahoe over all ok job

I had body work done on my 2014 Chevy Cruze. They did an excellent job. The car looks great. My frustration arose because I did not know how long it would take to get my car fixed. I took it in on a Monday morning and I thought I would get it at the end of the day that Friday. Instead it was the next Wednesday. I know realize that body work takes longer than I thought. However, I am very pleased with the end result.

There was a delay on getting my vehicle back because the new wheel that was ordered didn't match the ones on the car, different manufacturers. Being kept in the loop via text messages was okay but they weren't always accurate. Overall I am satisfied with the workmanship and my experience with Gamblins.

Not alot of communication. Took 2.5 days to replace bumper told 3 diff. Times it would be completed on a certain day and or time.didn't get update call when I called to check status.said Id get a call by end of day. I called next day.all in all,everything worked out fine, tho.
