Excellent job and the color of the repair area matches the original color of the vehicle (after 8 years of weather and fading). I appears that you vacuumed and dusted/cleaned the dash and interior prior to return of the vehicle . Much appreciated and a nice touch.....If I even need any repairs in the future, I will certainly consider R&J Auto Body (not that far from Dover) and very nice people.\

Repair is fine. But I never received a single email update on how things were going. I am not surprised that the initial completion date was missed, but did expect to be updated without having to call and ask for status. I signed up to hear multiple times how things were going. Never got one email. Not a show stopper. But don't set expectations you do not plan to meet.
