Fast, friendly service. From the beginning to the end of my experience with Signature Collision the team was informative and the process was bery organized which put me ay ease. The entire process took 2 days for completion. Then to top it off, they detailed my car prior to me picking it up. Outstanding job on repairs and outstanding customer service. Thank you very much.

Keith and his team did an amazing job with repairing my car after a minor fender bender. They were upfront with everything that needed to be done and made sure that I was satisfied with the end result. He even helped with the final cost, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We can't thank you all enough.

I had a choice of where to take my SUV for repair, but I chose Hagerstown Signature Collision. I had a new SUV loaner provided by Geico waiting for me when I dropped off my Jeep. The Signature Collision manager assured me that I would be satisfied with their work. However, I was overwhelmed with the perfection and quality of their work. It looked brand new. Because of their kindness and quality of work I have another repair that I will offer to them.
