The repairs done on my vehicle were professionally done! Upon pick up, I could see the quality of care Hagerstown Signature Collision put into repairing my vehicle. And the best part is that it was completed two days early and the interior was much cleaner than it was when I dropped it off!!

Everyone at signature collision were wonderful! Always highly satisfied with the work and the moral within the shop. Everyone was very helpful and nice. My spouse and I are very disappointed with the service we received. The company said we would have to wait four extra days because the company claimed the alignment of the car was off. This really angered us because we knew it was a lie. A car alignment does not take days to fix. A car alignment takes less than an hour. We know this because we had to fix an alignment problem with our other car that is far older than the 2014 car we brought the company to fix. When we paid the people, they were extremely rude.
