I liked that I received an email everyday letting me know what progress was being made. When I picked up my car I was VERY pleased with the results. Keith showed me what had been done, went over all the paperwork with me, explaining everything. Everybody that I dealt with was very professional and kind. I have always recommended Geico and will continue to do so. Thank you for a good experience under a difficult situation.

Thank you too bless.yes they are good people made me feel good about getting hit why my car was park. Also I had to pay out my pocket cause the person who hit me was someone who live around me they told me they call they guy fix car but they never did told me he busy. But times or hard for alot of people in this world money is not every thing or SUV God Jesus is being a good person to people in this world. But these guys at car place was nice call info for me help me out in a bad day. But they all need more money for sure cause nice good heart people help me out . I forget I got hit my SUV thanks for showing me good nice people good good job 100 pec! God bless all good people in life !

My experience at Hagerstown Signature Collision was definately a positive one. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Kieth was the gentleman that fixed my door.. He did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with his work that he has done and even answered some questions that I had about getting touch up paint for my vehicle.
