The youngin lady that works the front desk exemplified customer service. I had an issue with my debit card and she allowed to me go up the street to the ATM when it was time for the office to close. She was patient and very kind.

We loved that you kept us informed about the status of the repairs to our vehicle. We were pleased with the repairs as well.

Service was great but in the interior of vehicle the PC of glass that covers the speedometer and tachometer is cracked and it was noted to be replaced during repair work and it was not

The employees at Hagerstown Signature Collision were very friendly and informative! I don't know much about vehicles but Keith, who handled the estimate on my 2013 Nissan Versa after hitting a deer, walked me out to my car and explained in detail how they would price the repairs on my car and explained to me the extent of the damages what he could see at that time. I loved the convenience of having the rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car. I even love the communication by text feature that updated me on the repairs of my vehicle. They finished the repairs in a timely manner - a day before the projected finish date. Unfortunately, I am unable to recall the gentleman's name who checked me out when I picked up the vehicle, but he too was very nice and friendly. I will recommend Hagerstown Signature Collision to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle. Thank you all for your services!
