Team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed about my repairs. Im new in town and was very upset/uncomfortable that i got into an accident and had to leave my new car for repairs. Signature Collision gave me updates throughout the entire process and returned my car to me several days before the estimated time. Thank you guys so much.

The staff communicated clearly and promptly. Scott and Rene, the two people I spoke to the most were just outstanding and excellent, not just at their job, but also in customer seeing. They made me feel full trust in what they were doing. Not only will I get my car there again for repairs as need be, I am totally going to refer anybody I can to this place. You are just awesome. ALL employees need to greet everyone walking throughthe door with kind manners!! If an appointment was made, the customer needs to be told whom is handling their paperwork (who they are there to see). When an employee has paperwork for that customer, that employee needs to call the customers name & introduce themselves & whom they are pertaining to the work being done!! I was not thrilled at how the 2 male employees conducted themselves before, during, after my appointment including when I picked up my vehicle, The guys whom worked on my vehicle did an awesome job!
