This is (unfortunately for me) one of several times I have used Carstar for accident repairs. As always, the service, communication, and the finished result are all excellent. I would never consider using another shop for accident repairs.

Omg. I am BEYOND satisfied with CARSTAR in Sidney OH. They repaired my car plus other things I wasn't expecting AND IT WAS CLEANED VERY WELL when I got it back. I received picture updates once or twice a day on my vehicles progress and I even got a personal email letting me know certain changes about the process. These people are AMAZING! PLUS it's a one stop shop! Enterprise is right next door and they work together AS WELL with the insurance companies! THEY TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING!!! -- So when I went to drop off my car for repairs my rental was already waiting on me. When I picked up my car I left the rental right there and Enterprise walked right over to get it back. The rental was AHHHHMAZZZING too. I didn't even want to give it back for my newly fixed car I'll never ever go anywhere else for body work on any vehicle! Wonderful customer service too!

Your team has done a great job once again. It is the reason I came back to the Sidney location. Everyone is very polite and willing to answer any questions that I have. Auto body repair experts service did a great job repairing the damage on my 2012 Ford Fusion. You kept me informed on repair status updates with photos daily. When picking up my keys to take my car home I was thrilled to see my car was detailed. It look like a brand new car. Thank you!
