After looking over my car, and getting in to leave, it would not start! The dash display lights came on, touch screen and inside door lights did too...But not able to start the car. One of the repair guys or perhaps a mechanic gave me a jump start. He asked me to drive around for 5 minutes, drive back to Car Star, and be sure it started again. While driving around I noticed the clock display time was 12:53. That indicates the battery was disconnected before I picked it up, or something similar. And, that the car was parked with perhaps the lights left on for at least 45 minutes before I arrived in the afternoon to pick up my car.

Was informed twice by text of status updates and it did not happen. I stopped by office twice for updates, just something little that didn't get done. Not going to sway my decision to use your business again or to pass the recommendation to whoever may need your service.

Car looks great! I have one tip to pass on. After discovering that my car sat at your place for a week with no attention I was disappointed. I would encourage you to call your client if insurance is not working in a timely manner so that client can be informed. I would have called State Farm and put a little heat on them had I known. Thank you.

Having the car damaged while in your possession happens during a hail storm, but not notifying us for two weeks is unprofessional or cowardly. Also, don't add on repair bills and say insurance will cover it when insurance was not involved. This tell me that your company takes advantage of insurance companies. Also, don't talk about personal problems to the company getting the service done. Corporate does not care. This is business.

Was told car would be done nov. 2nd. I called on the 2nd and was told another week. Called on the 9th and was told at least another week. Car was dropped off on oct 4th. Not completed until nov 24th. And this after being told 14 business days? Zero communication around pick up dates. Honestly very poor communication.
