Carstar Eric's is a superstar service! Got us in immediately, handled the insurance claim, provided transportation to/from work while repair completed. Car was returned spotlessly, professionally cleaned inside and out; windows, mirrors, hatchback, every inch, unheard of!! Extremely efficient yet personable. Special thanks to Roy and Lucy, and anyone else involved. Great job.

Love the way the car looks now! Shiny new! Excellent color. I think the only other thing to do is make sure Enterprise doesn't keep customers waiting 2 hours when a reservation was made. I was promised so many different times and available cars, but in the end it was an agonizing 2 hours.

I dropped off my pilot on 7/6 and picked it up today 7/8. I was happy until I saw something was not done. When I dropped off my car I made a point to point out an area of paint chipping off on the passenger side on the very edge of the bumper to an employee who followed me out to my car to take a look. I was assured that when my bumper was painted everything would be looked over and they would paint that area also. Unfortunately this was not done.
