The car was ready almost two weeks late, which caused a huge inconvenience to my family and I. When we called and asked for updates the lady on the phone was very unhelpful and rude.

No one ever called me with an update Text message updates are inaccurate and when I questioned why I was told to "ignore" them. Why send them at all then? This made the process that much more frustrating. Return phone calls were rare or didn't happen at all

I was told 6 different times that my vehicle would be ready "the next day" and it was not. It took longer than my one month insurance allotment and the extension for a rental was not submitted in time to get a second vehicle so I was without a vehicle. The automated text system was never updated until I had already picked up my truck. Why even have it then? That's bad customer service. It's too bad because I had been to Kelly before and loved it and now I will never go back nor recommend to anyone. I should have listened to your bad reviews online, they were spot on.

Front desk service needs to be improved. I had a frustrating experience when was mistakenly told to bring in my car and drop off for repair and the lady didn't set me up with an appointment, thus causing me to be late to work when the entire situation could have been avoided. Also, the automated text indicating a pick up time needs to be updated, I was very disappointed when I called twice to confirm pick up time and both times was told "I don't know, it may or may not be ready". Overall, I would not recommend this shop to anyone and I would request a different shop from my insurance if the need arises for body work in the future.

The repair took 2.5 weeks and you kept my car for four days before even beginning to look at it. Then you gave me a completion time of 12:30 on Thursday but when I called at 1pm to inquire, as I had heard nothing more from anyone, I was told it wouldn't be complete until 2:30. Because I had originally been told 12:30, I had made a vet appointment for 3pm but I was late to the appointment since my car wasn't ready until 2:30. Addirionally, around 2:00 on Thursday I received a text message from you saying it wouldn't be ready until 4:47. I had to call (and be put on hold for about the fourth time in dealing with you) to see what was going on. Your hold messages repeat over and over how much you want to have satisfied customers but in this case you have done very little to achieve that satisfaction.

I still have dents in my car from the hail. My door panel wasn't put back on right.. Roof has scratches on it. Door has scratches on it. And last my car won't start.

Back tail light was not working, car was dirty, seat got a white stain and trunk was left with nails and screws. Also I had film protectors for the hood and all the door handles. They were all removed, it's 100 dollars to replace them at the dealership.

Did a great job repairing my vehicle from hail damage went up and beyond by making my vechicle look as if I just bought it and the lady at the front office helped me a lot by recommending me to better insurances. Very satisfied thanks guys

there was a rattle underneath the carriage that I asked the tech to look at,fix it and it wasn't done. also, I asked him to call the insurance adjuster out again to examine the car and that wasn't done either.

They repaired my rear bumper and now it pops every time I open the Hatchback . I am not an expert at these things - but I think the latch needs to be adjusted .

I could not be any more displeased with my services. I never felt that at anytime would my vehicle be prepared on the promised date and they confirmed my fears. There was the day I was told that my car was ready for pick up so my rental car was returned only to find out that alleged attempts were made to advise me that the car was ready and that a problem was found in the rack and pinion so a part had to be ordered. Three days or so later, I was called again and told that I could pick up my vehicle. The production manager, Miguel, said that car still was not handling properly and when I asked him would he accept the vehicle in its present state, he said no. Why would he want me to pick up an unsafe vehicle that my spouse was going to be driving when he would not? I lost it at this point especially when he said that the car would have to go to Cavender Toyota so an assessment could be made by "experts". Checked out another rental car and two days later, I go to pick up the car. I wanted an exit briefing from Miguel and after waiting for thirty(30) minutes, I am told that he had an emergency and could not make it. (learned that the emergency was in the service area yet he did not have the courtesy to give me his time and to brief me on what had been done. Another mechanic did the briefing and I seemed to know more about the repairs that were done than did he. Point I am trying to make is that when I was notified someone with knowledge of the repairs that were made should have gone over them with me. Under no circumstances will I ever do business with this company and I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone else. FYI, look for my scathing report on Yelp.
