From beginning the service man was very polite, hospitable, and patiently walked over the details of what damages would need to be cared for from a visible eye prospective at time of evaluation. Then the updates via text messages advising how the repairs were coming along. They were 2 days ahead of schedule to be finished with repairs. On pick up day, again my service man walked me over what was repaired, asked for any questions or concerns, extended assistance if needed at a reasonable cost and made sure i was satisfied and pleased with the work he had done. I also noticed the added care they gave by wiping a shine on the tires and a quick vacuuming of the interior. Everything was processed in a timely manner that didn't add any extra costs on my rental. This place gets a SUPER FANTASTIC TWO THUMPS UP! Exceeding expectations. Thank you CARSTAR.
