I had a rough day when my car got hit and run with just owning the car for 6 weeks That made me irritable everytime a think about it coz it took me 9 years to get my dream car. But my experinece since the day i called and went to the fairfield location that changed. I was greeted very politely over the phone and also the ladies at the front desk. James provided me with all the info and repairs that i’m gonna need and the completion time of my car. The car came out great and everything looks exactly as brand new when i got it. I would like to thank you the whole fairfeld crew for the great work and experince that they gave! ????????

Eddie and Chris were very personable and I appreciated them letting me see my car during the process and answered my questions. My car looks fantastic. The driving lights didn’t work upon delivery and they stayed to figure out the bulbs were burned out. It was after hours but they got it done. That was awesome. There were a couple times where follow up phone calls weren’t made or were later than said, but I get that things happen. I’m super big on communication. I’d rather have more information than less. Maintenance is a waiting game so you may be better pushing delivery out further and deliver earlier than said be used my original estimate was the 30th, then the 3rd, then the 5th. My particular work/home situation doesn’t accommodate these types of changes very well. These are just suggestions and should t take away from the fact that I appreciate it being done right the first time instead of fast. I was still very pleased.
