A necessary operation was not identified in the estimate and we we were called to pick up the car and told repairs were complete but the new camera in the mirror was not checked and did not and doesn’t work. No solutions were offered for resolution other than for us to take car to the dealer and get fixed at our own expense. So no, we are not satisfied as the part we replaced still does not work.

Failure to get updates once delays began. No updates from April 6th until I called on the 19th confirm it would be ready on the 20th. They blamed the delay on Geico. Geico provided the request for approval was not sent on the 17th but after they closed on the 18th. They removed my rack from the top of the vehicle. When I picked it up it had loose and missing screws. Lucky I noticed when I checked for loading my car top or I could have lost it on the freeway. Then they tried to tell me they never loosened the missing side. It does not allow one side off without both sides of crossbar. It was fine before I brought it in as I always check before loading the car top. Things started great but went downhill. It could have been worse if Kory did not step in and take some responsibility when Eddie took off the day before I was scheduled to pick it up.
