I am satisfied. But I’m disappointed to see that the electrical must have been turned off and all my settings had to be redone. I’ve spent considerable time redoing it. And still can’t figure it out. Could I come by for help on it? I work suggest that if you turn off electrical that you restore time and other settings. Thanks.

The staff worked with the insurance and there was no hassle. Provided an initial estimate before starting repairs. The final cost was close to estimate. The repair was on time.

Inside of car is dusty and dirty inside. Also dusty fingerprints. Outside of car not washed well. Windshield is dirty...I've never had a car repair where my car wasn't cleaned. I called and was tod I could bring it in to be vacuumed. Not happy!

On multiple days over a two week period you text me that the car would be ready on Friday 8/17.
On Friday 8/17 at noon I called to see what time I should pick up the car and only then did Juan say the car was not ready and would not be ready until Monday 8/20. Very poor commication .

The replaced fender had a groove/scratch that was attempted to rub out. Juan said Mikes would redo it and return vehicle. If my SUV was not 10 years old I would have left it.
I agreed to a possible redo....and am thinking about it.
