I am so happy My 2012 Acura MDX looks like the day I brought it. The paint job is a perfect blending of new paint to original paint. The whole inside of the MDX was detailed to perfection. I felt like I was driving home in a new car. I appreciated the updates by email and telephone. I prefer Mike's Auto Body Lafayette 100% more then Mike's Auto Body, Walnut Creek Thank you Judy E

I felt the people in Lafayette were dishonest and very poor communicating with me re status of my car. After getting an estimate for a new bumper cover I asked specifically about painting and was told the part was already painted and not to worry. After I gave them my car, they removed the bumper and when they looked at the new part realized it needed to first be repaired and then painted. They basically held my car hostage saying they would put it back together “as best they could” and I could pick it up or I would have to pay for the painting. This should not have been my problem and appears to be “bait and switch”. I will not do business with your company again, will not hesitate to pass on my experience to friends and colleagues, and will certainly relate my experience on social media.
