Just picked it up, so honestly it's a little early to solicit an opinion of the work itself. I was a little irritated when the scheduled completion date was delayed 3 days because, on the eve of said date, it was discovered that my truck needed a new grille. It seems that that is something that should have been apparent much earlier in the process. That being said, I know these oversights can happen, especially where the grille would have been one of the last pieces to be attached. I have an 8 bay semi trailer service facility in Portland and I know we never like to have unnecessary/avoidable delays in delivery, so I harbor no I'll will. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous, and your coordination with Enterprise and Geico made pickup and drop off very simple. Thank you for your service. They put a silver H on the grill when it had a gold one as is on the trunk. Didn’t notice when I picked it up as it was raining pretty hard.
