This was best best experience a person could ask for. Those tht handled my case were awesome. I'm not sure of all that were involved but I thank all of them. I was upset and very **** about taking my car In thinki by they would be out for the ins company but it was the best I could hope for. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. First and foremost, my car was delivered on time as promised. Also, the level of attention I received from Justen was great. However, there are details about the actual work on my car that needs to be addressed. There is a "dull" spot on the leading edge of the hood where it meets the left side headlight. It is most noticeable in direct sun light. My busy work schedule has prevented me from bring the car in for inspection. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Communication was great through out the whole experience. My only complaint was that I asked Jim to call me by my first name and after a bit he went back to calling me by my last after a while.
