The estimated time frame per the invoice was 9 hours but I was without my car for two (2) weeks. In addition, one reason for not being ready on specified days was that the paint work was not done to standard. Technicians who do sub-standard work is unacceptable and even more so when it inconveniences the customer.

Jim is the best. I had some issues with my insurance not paying for my car in a timely manner and he was very accommodating, patient, and reassured me many times it would all work out amd it did. I really really aappreciate him. He cares and that means alot. I will never forget him.

It was hard to keep in communication on the status of my car from the collision center. Frustrating that only the person who is in charge of your car while there is the only one who can help you or give you any status on your car. It was a lot of me calling and leaving a message to wait for a call back...makes no sense and is very frustrating for someone trying to plan ahead on getting their car. My car had a hit in the front driver area and they said it would look brand new once repainted. When it was finally ready, it had.Bubbles that looked like the paint had dried on too thick and dark lines around the front bumper. The person helping me acted like it was no big deal went to get a rag and cleaned some of the black marks (but still left some) and when I told him of the bubbles he said "no big deal bring it back in and it will take my guys 10 minutes To get that out"....why not deliver it to me 100% the first time? Work was very careless and I will not take my car back to this shop.
