Every one from the front office to the estimators were great, im glad i trusted Mike Auto Body for my car repair and im bringingmy Ford Edge to get fix here.

The repairs took much longer than expected and the vehicle was driven 175 miles in order to complete the repairs, verified with pictures and documentation. Between the delays and the miles, the least Mike's could have done was fill up my gas tank. I had to defend that this amount of miles was put on my car to two employees who finally verified this and only then did they offer to replace ****/2 of the gas for what was used. This is basic customer service 101. The net of this experience is that is was very poor at the end and instead of referring people, I will now hesitate before recommending. As a professional in business myself, investing in customer service should be a priority, especially when there was delay after delay. The vehicle was literally handed to me with the gas light on and barely a gallon in the tank. For a difference of $30 after repairs costing almost $7500, you would think that this would be part of a ensuring the customer has a good experience. Jared
