The repairs were not completed in a timely manner. The estimated time for completion was pushed back several times. If I had an honest/accurate completion date during the initial estimate, I could have made a better informed decision concerning car rentals. It would have resulted in less stress/frustration with the services provided. People want an honest estimate so their expectations are realistic. Secondly, the cost of the repairs was outrageous. I would not recommend your shop to someone because I believe you charge to much to repair a broken window.

Communication was terrible and the work took much longer than quoted. It was extended at least 3 times if not more, with little to know timely updates for me to plan Accordingly. I took two days off work waiting till the quoted time when my car would be finished and it never was. It was just continuously pushed back. My calls were forwarded and messages were not answered. If I did get any info it was a text which I could not reply to and again my calls were forwarded and not returned and I was sent a text. Unacceptable treatment. Very unacceptable communication. I will not be returning. My insurance will be hearing about this. And so will anyone who asks me for a recommendation. There were no apologies. There were no kept promises. This ordeal was a disgrace to everyone who ever told me anything redeeming about this location and company. This was the most stressful three weeks I have ever had with any company. And I am so very disappointed in everyone’s behavior and lack of respect for my time.

Mark did an amazing job with keeping me updated, I didn't have any issues with the repairs I already knew there would be extra damage under my bumper and they were very precise on making sure to order the parts and getting it done, I also got my car one day earlier which is always good. Thank you again!

When I was told my car was ready I went to pick it up. When I was walked out to the parking lot to look army car, it looked beautiful until I opened the back door only to discover the headliner hadn’t been repaired and was still hanging down. I was reluctant to go with Mike’s Auto Body because of past bad experiences with them. But I never had been to the Brentwood location before and I thought I would give them another chance to change my mind about their ser. Well unfortunately that was not the case! Now I have to return my car again and because of some confusion in the shop, it wasn’t done properly. And now they have to get another approval from the insurance company to have additional work done when they should have for scene to this in the original estimate! So now that I’ve returned the rental car and brought my car home, I have to wait for them to get another approval to finish the work on my car. If they do not get that approval, they will be providing the funds to fix what should have been done in the first place!!! Not a happy customer!!
