At delivery there were some rub marks on the headlight lens that were not there previously. Riley took the car in the back and had them bugged out. Nice job and thank you. Satisfied customer.

Special thank you to Debbie and I didn’t catch the name of the gentlman, but they helped me get my car after hours today. There was some miscommunication and I was expecting to find my car outside waiting for me to pick up after hours. Thankfully, they were there when I showed up and were able to get me checked out and back in my car.

Very good communication throughout the process

I was very impressed with the communication. I knew if anything had changed (with parts or times) I would receive a text, so I was kept updated at all junatures of the process. Thank you, and she looks good, also.

Mikes auto body worked diligently and efficiently to keep me updated at all times. I was a little hesitant at first, based on past experiences at other shops, however my mom assured me that this was the best shop around. From the moment I walked in the door I knew it was going to be a good experience, the staff upfront were extremely friendly and professional. They helped me instantly. Riley was my estimator and he was super helpful! He answered all my questions before I left. My appointment was booked before I left and I was ready to go. When I dropped off my truck, the team called enterprise to come pick me up and offered to shuttle me over if they weren’t there in a timely matter. Throughout the entire time my truck was in the shop Riley emailed me to make sure I was kept up to speed on everything that was going on. Placed a Tundra Emblum on the right side of my truck. Never had an emblum. Now I have to deal with getting another emblum on the driver’s side door or have the one on the passenger door removed. Also floor mats weren’t placed back on the floors when I picked up my truck. Had to put them back on the floor before I could go home.
