AST has excellent customer service. Their staff does impeccable mechanical and body work. But it’s the service that makes the biggest impression. I dealt with Ward and Charlie. I was a repeat customer years ago. And when I learned they are a preferred shop on my current insurance it was a relief. Ward explained what I needed done and why. My car was repaired earlier than I expected! Even though the tires were new tell the person who shined them that I appreciate it! I’m riding safely and in style????

Great job, despite some delays in the beginning and end of the process which were understandable. Car looks and drives great, like new. Would be helpful to ask the customer their preferred comm method (text phone email) and then stick to that. I would definitely recommend you.

To who may concern when i made the report of my accident and they insurance agent asked me what was going on eith the car the first thing i said was my car is jumping side to side and when im going around 40mh its shaking and when i brake the steering wheel star moving around same when i go over a hole in the street when I picked up the car the first thing I was expecting was that i was getting my car how it was before the accident but none of that happens i just got the same car but with a little be o make up on it paint and a new ring thats all.
Rigth know i just don’t know what to do with this car because i just feel unsafe driving it around I will definitely not coming back for any repairs and definitely not will recommend it to my friends and family
