I would have appreciated being informed that if there was any mechanical damage I would need to take the vehicle somewhere it could be repaired. That would have impacted my decision to use your repair center.

Nicely done ?

Bumper fitment was not correct when I was asked to look at the truck when I came to pick it up. That was rectified while I was there. Tail light is an aftermarket one and the gaps are not the same as the OEM. This will be rectified once the the OEM part comes in to replace the sub standard part. Still resulting in a second trip to the service center. I looked at the truck closer when I got home. The fender that was repaired and painted has an enormous amount of swirl marks on it. I wish I would have noticed this while I was there, but due to the rain and poor lighting, I couldn't see the bad paint. I will be bringing the truck back to have it fixed Monday when they open again. Unfortunately I had the same experience a year ago at the Service King on Wilshire. It took them two tries to get it right. Looks like I have to deal with the same crap again this time. Very disappointing.
