The replaced door lock and radio frame look great and we appreciate all of the effort Mike's Autobody went through to get all of the parts. However, today, one day after repairs were completed, we experienced difficulty with use of the replacement keys that came with the new lock. The keys would no longer start the ignition and would not lock the doors from the outside on the driver's side door.

An excellent visual job was done on the repair area. *I loved the ongoing communication of the texted updates!! A few things: *no car cleaning detail was done on the inside or outside of the vehicle (just a basic wash with water lines & mini-drops of something on the hood), which has always been done for me in the past, including a buff job & wax. *I personally believe that over 6,000 worth of work would have given me more satisfaction elsewhere (the "like new" look) but I have always chosen Mike's, normally the Pittsburg, CA location in previous years.

I was surprised when I got a call this morning at 7:30 saying my car was done. The last text I had said today basically at close of business. However my car came from Antioch and back Walnut Creek, so the call was a better than expected time. I just wish it was after 8am, since it was the first day of summer break.

We loved the text update feature. While some of the messages may seem corny,i found them fun and refreshing. Marcus was a great rep for you. Professional and his attention to the details is exactly how i handle things so that gave me security that our car was cared for.
