When I dropped my car off I had 30,662 miles when I picked it up it's had 31,200 miles all the while my car has been at the shop for almost a month also my back license plate frame was not put on making my car an easy target to have my plates stolen

I have used Mike's Auto Body for several years now and have had multiple big and small repairs done at their Antioch location. I've never had any issues with the repairs that were done. My estimator, Marcus, was so wonderful. Making every time a very easy and stress free experience. The biggest turn off for me has always been the front desk. Over the few years I have gone to Mike's Auto Body I have noticed the change in their front desk staff but that doesn't really seem to make a difference in the level of professionalism they carry. When I have called or came in with a question or needing help I always dread having to deal with their receptionists. They are always extremely short and rude. They make you feel very uncomfortable and sometimes they don't even acknowledge you. It's extremely unfortunate that a few bad apples can cause an otherwise very nice company to lose existing and potential customers. But they are like the faces of the company right??!! They're usually the first people you speak with and the first people to greet you when you walk in. Well what an awful first impression! I'm not sure what type of training Mike's Auto Body provides their front desk staff or if they provide any at all but I do not recommend using them and I plan to take any future body repairs I need else where. I mean for a company that carries the motto "where quality counts" I think they really need to revisit certain areas of their companies customer service because that motto should really hold true through the entire process.
