Markus started to walk the car with me and had to move a car and never came back. The A/c was on full blast, the drivers seat for my wife was completely out of adjustment, scratch’s on the bottom of the right rear door. I would have talked to Markus about these things but he didn’t give me the impression my car was very important. I waited for about ten minutes, and got into the car and drove home. Not very Happy.

The entire experience was great. Customer service was awesome, loved the updates and was even finished ahead of schedule. My car looked great! Only complaint was when I picked up the car today, went home, and discovered that there was something wrong with the back seat. Had to go back, only to be asked to come back again tomorrow (since it was just about closing time anyways).
