Would have appreciated more faster turn over time. But the repars looked great and I received updates on my cara progress along the way with very good customer service. Also liked that the car was detail after the repairs.

From start to finish the entire experience with Mike's AutoBody was very easy. Ray helped us through the process and answered all our questions. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I would recommend Mike's AutoBody to anyone. The car looks wonderful.

At this point in time we are very satisfied with Mike's Auto Body service. We just got the car back yesterday 11-17-2017. We thought that Nha was very helpful and nice. We could relate to her. We didn't have any contact with repair persons. Dawn was efficient and nice when signing us out.

The original work that was done on 11/2/17, was not to my satisfaction, I could still see some small damage left on my Van. I had been promised that the two dents were not going to be a problem. I was called and told my Van was ready to go, but I then was also informed that they were not able to take the dents out, but that it wasn't that noticeable, but they wanted me to come down and check it out or take her home. I was not very happy to see my Van at all, I wanted the dents OUT and the scratches off, in other words, a true bodywork as if nothing happened, as I had been promised. What Marcus had originally suggested to me was, this guy who does this kind of great work that can pull out dents and buff out without having to paint, and he is really good, and for this, I waited an extra 2 weeks, and it still wasn't done right. I thought that maybe Marcus worked for the Kid that hit me, and wanted to do it the cheaper way to save money, cause it turned out we had to do it the original way. Then he wanted me to return the rental that Thur, 11/2/17 and bring back my Van on Mon 11/6/17 because Mike's is closed on the weekends, REALLY!!! go thru the rental proses all over again, so I told Marcus no! I think I'm going to keep the rental, you're going to keep my Van and work on it tomorrow, 11/3/17, then start back up on Mom 11/6/17, then maybe on Tue 11/7/17 she will be ready to go then I will be happy to return the original rental after I see my Van. And I did pick up my Van on Tuesday 11/7/17. And now I'm very happy with my Van the work looks great! no dents! looks beautiful. Thank You very much.
