Excellent customer service and constant updates. Who ever detailed my car before it was returned did an outstanding job I'm in love, lol. It didn't look that good when I bought it. Seriously. I hope i never get in an accident again to have to come back but I would definitely recommend your shop to anyone. And thank you for doing the Give Back Program. First of all, I want to thank you for repairing my car. I picked up my car last night, I looked at the repaired portion, but I did not pay to much attention to the whole condition of the car. Because it was night, it’s dark, so I can’t see that much. I’m sorry to let you know that whenI looked at it this morning, I saw a hole in the rear bumper, which is not there before. I’m sure about it, because I made it clean 2 weeks ago before the incident happened, and brought it to your shop. I assume somebody from your repairman accidentaly hit it with something unintentionally and without noticing it. So, I want to know what is your procedure when something like this happened? Are you going to repair it without an extra cost on my part? Thanks again
