Josh was great about calling for follow ups and selling me a new bumber. However, he did not mention that you need to bring exact change. The receptionist did not have $40.00 change. It is a shame to sell something and not have any change. I did not go over this on the paper and not told by Josh. Poor customer service. Second-Hertz rental car very poor service!!Car smells like am ashtray!! Third -key given to me and told my car is out there, my question is where? It's out in the parking lot. The receptionist just said they don't keep change because of the neighborhood, yet I have to find my car in the parking lot which I did not notice when I drove in. Not assuring! I ask her about the rental car post inspection, she stated'she will do it later. Again why? Poor neighborhood per your employee, no change, no post inspection and no one to inspect the final work the you just completed, just given your car key and find it yourself. Felt like we got your money, so just leave!! I felt very dissatisfied with your service!!

The car looks absolutely fantastic. You would not believe almost every panel on the car had been replaced. Thanks to the whole team involved in restoring my car back to its original state.

I have used Mike's auto body in Antioch once before this and my experience was the same. Absolutely satisfied with the repair and kindness of the staff. My RAV4 looks brand new again! Marcus was AMAZING.. He kept me updated with every step that was happening to my car and all the changes that occurred due to more damage underneath the bumper after removing it.. This is the second time I've taken my car there and I will definitely take it back if I ever need more work
