You have completely exceeded my expectations!!! I have never had any car accidents or damage to a vehicle, so I didn’t know what to expect. It was effortless and so easy!! We were very impressed at how easily the process was handled by both USAA and Mikes Auto Body. Naw kept us informed all the way and we needed the car back no later that 3-20 and they did their best and had the car ready on that date.

My inly tbought woukd be better communication with in the staff. I was already informed of my repairs and had all tje paper wirk done but then anither team member called loiking for the same paper work in iefer to get a time line on my repairs. Apart from that i was ver happy with my repairs ans the pick up process, being able ro leave the rental there was very convenient. Thank you
