At first I am satisfied because I really need my truck for my work. But I notice something different comparing to other side. At first I thought it is different in shape, but when I showed it to a friend he told me that it is a dent and have to bring it back.

As much as I'd like to say yes, I cannot. I drove out of your Autobidy shop and within 10 minutes of highway 4 traffic started smelling my brakes and was feeling my brakes dragging. I was told my car was fixed. I was told to take my car to the dealer, " a physical inspection found nothing". My brakes are inop and I was allowed to drive out of your shop risking my life, my fiancé, my sons girlfriend and all those who share the road. If I were someone's mother, sister or daughter I guarantee someone like Kent or any other manager would have addressed my brakes. Coming into the shop you were shown the check engine light had turned on for my brakes. You were told that the brakes were stuck in down braking position during and after the accident. However, all of this didn't matter and instead I am left dealing with a vehicle I cannot drive because you failed to accurately diagnose my brake issue and repair it. I have given this Autobody shop years of service. I have referred countless friends including Jaime. I have never felt so disappointed.

First off I just wanted to say that Lester was amazing. His customer service skills were astounding and sufficient. He called and kept me up to date on my cars status and ETA for completion. When I went to pick up my car the center console, which was replaced, was not installed correctly and was crooked. No big deal they fixed right away. Then I noticed a white line, what looked to be like sprayed paint, under my headlight/fender(also replaced and fender was painted) on part of my plastic molding. I called Lester and he told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. Great, I'm happy with that. I get home and examine the car a little more and noticed the passenger handle had some scratches on it. I was not horribly upset because it's just the handle, but my passenger seat has some grease/dirt spots. At glance the car looked great but after looking a little harder I found somethings I was not happy about. Again the customer service was great but the quality of work on my car was less than perfect which was what was expected especially since my car is only a year old and I'm very prideful of its appearance.
